Hi there, just wanted to say hi. Just about to join sw very soon and wanted to find a group like this. Tried all diets including sw before, but hoping this time with a group like this I might manage it. Any advice gratefully received especially regarding low sin snacks or if you have found anything invaluable you would like to share. Many thanks

I used to make a sw trifle using sugar free jelly, a Mueller yoghurt and fruit.

Make up 1x jelly as instructions put in big bowl add fruit and set
Make up 1x jelly using half water, when cool stir in yoghurt. Add to top of jelly, it will turn out like a blancmange
When topping set, add fruit for decoration and enjoy
