I'm not going to lie and say the first week is easy, its not. But take one day at a time and it will get easier. I have only being doing SS for one week and have just had my first weigh in with a 8lb loss. How is that for motivation. Be positive and you will get there. Have a look at the before and after photos for inspiration.

Like Andrea said it is tuff at the start and I felt that my first week was the longest week ever. But it will get better ( well I hope it does) and I must say talking on these forums really does help.

i started the ss on monday.
finding it really hard,

Nice to meet you hun and welcome to the forum.

We're a great bunch on here, all with the same gaol, to be slim, healthy and HAPPY.

The first few days are the hardest, but keep with it and you'll have great losses :)

Set yourself little targets and non food rewards for reaching those targets.

Take it hour by hour, day by day and soon you'll be the women of your dreams;)

One last thing, NEVER EVER CHEAT, take it from someone who knows, it's not pretty and it'll take you longer to get to target :(

Welcome to the boards as the others have said the first week is the hardest.....It will pass! Dink plenty of water that really is the key, keep coming on these boards you will get so much motivation. Look forward to hearing to shrinking......
