Newbie: excited, nervous, but ready to do this!

Hi everyone, just thought I'd introduce myself! I'm suzie and after having two (rather large babies) I have decided that it's a bout time this weight was shifted! And thus after two years of failed Attempts, I have decided to embark on the CB plan!! So next week I'm meeting with my CB consultant and hopefully I shall begin my journey with you all!! Needless to say I'm very nervous!...yet excited at the thought of finally loosing the weight!! So wish my luck people...lets do this

Hello, Congratualtions on taking the first step... it can be hard at times to take it, but you have and ur going to love the results! I am on my first week and i cant WAIT to see if i have lost anything this week, even 3lb and i will be over the moon! Let us know how u get on with your CDC xx

hi all, i am starting on monday again i did cd about 2 years ago lost a stone went out with the girls and fell off track...i am totally different this time my mind is in a good place i have said no socialising for a few months til i get where i want to be as i made that mistake before and trust me it wasnt worth it...good luck and keep us informed how you get on i think the support on here is amazing i wish i joined this before it may have helped me get on track but atleast i found it now and i will be sticking to it 100% xx

Awww thanks guys for all your support! I'm really looking forward to starting. I've decided not to tell anyone apart from my OH as I don't want ppl voicing their opinions just yet! My only worry is the cost of it! I hope it doesn't work out too expensive. Good luck to all of you too xxx
