Newbie from midlands

I've just started sw on line, got a long way to go to get to goal, but this time I have to do it for my health. Looking forward to getting to know you all

Hi Bron,

I am also in the Midlands and started today. I have been dieting on and off for years and keep switching between SW and WW. I need to do something as my health is suffering and I am also going to be chief bridesmaid next July. I am determined to not be a fat one!!!

I have had to make a firm decision between SW and WW and I think that I cannot count points every day for the long term. It is not feasible.

I am going to face the scales in a minute then it's all go!!!!

That sounds like a plan Bron. I am determined to do it this time. Will be slow as I am a slow loser as I have medical reasons but I am fed up of being fat and my thighs rubbing together when walking. I can't enjoy the summer at the moment. Not that we get a lot of it!! xx

I am also from the midlands (east) and doing sw you have the same start weight i had a few months ago!! I love SW, how are you finding it so far??
