newbie!! help

[aiming for size 12]

hi everyone just joined up tonight ahead of my start date tomorrow!! im 210lb and not sure what weight i want to be but size 12 is the aim. have done slim fast before on and off and it really works but now its time!!!! just out of a 7year relationship and on the "heartbreak diet" have lost over 1 stone and feel so good so this is my motivation to keep going. thanks for takong time to read this
