Newbie here, never dieted before

Day 7

Brekkers : Strawberry Shake
Lunch : Choc Tetra
Dinner : Apple & Cinnamon Porridge
Snack : Strawberry Shake

Hope you've done OK today? Ooof glute pain is the worst, what a pain in the ass :p

I've had a walk today - was proper nice being out in the sun, even if it was a tad chilly
 
Yep been good today :) Had to force third product down cos not hungry. Hope that continues!

I had a bar, tomato soup and a mousse made of strawberry shake.

Supposed to go to gym but ended up lazing around. Ill go tomorrow before work (6.30am!)

Well done for the walk. It was quite nice and sunny wasn't it. Def chilly tho!
 
Day 8

Dinner : Butterscotch Shake
Snack : Banana Shake

Yup! I was there bright n early with a fantastic bed-head :)

Day 6 done for me :)
Breakfast 1/2 shake
Lunch 1/2 veg soup
Dinner: Thai soup
Pudding: bar

Late meetings at work, so not long in. Currently enjoying my bar :)

Snack : Banana Shake

FYI I have discovered Tesco Green Tea and Peppermint - bloody lovely

Day 7 done n dusted for me!

1/2 bar breakfast
Mush soup lunch
1/2 bar snack
Not had last thing yet cos I'm super-busy. Will shove a bar down just cis I can work while I eat!

Ill look out for the tea. I quite like nettle tea :)
 
In shock... First weight loss 1st 4lbs!

Kept checking the scales. it is 4.30am, so there's a chance I'm still dreaming...the loss is over more than one week because I had lots of false starts until I managed 100% from last Wednesday.

Guess the gym must be helping after all :)

Yesterday's day 9:

Breakfast: a bit of a bar
Lunch: veg soup
Dinner: remainder of bar
Snack: 2 cups bouillon and a bar

Too exhausted to make soups/shakes so went for easy option!

Tough inspection at work which went well so I can relax now. And it's Friday!!!! Have a good one :)
 
Right... I want a high 5

Had meal with colleagues after work and I ate nothing. Absolutely nothing. I was surrounded by poppadoms, dips, pakora, naan, chick peas and all the other Indian delights and I ate nothing. Had a big bottle of sparkling water. Rock n roll eh?! Told them I was having a steak later. Felt bad about the lies!

Glad ur feeling good bud :)

I'm off to hit the gym. Spinning, a toning class, potter at round the gym, wee swim and then the good bit - sauna, steam and jacuzzi :)

Morning!

Day 11 done yesterday.

Breakfast: 1/2 bar
Lunch: cup bouillon
Dinner: Thai soup, remainder of bar
Nibbles: strawberry muffins made from a shake. Not sure if I did it right. They were a bit mushy!

Plan for day 12: same as yesterday. Gym for a bit. Then chill :)

High Five FFNB!! excellent resolve! I've just been down the pub with the OH and sipped strathmores whilst she had a G&T hehe

Day 13

Brekkers : Maple & Walnut Shake
Lunch : Choc Tetra
Dinner : Chicken Salad (so so nice!)
Snack : Vanilla Rice Pudding

Day 14

Brekkers : Maple & Walnut Shake
Lunch : Butterscotch Shake
Dinner : Chewy Orange Bar (mmmm mmm)
Snack : Forgot again grrr

Having a week off after Tues this week, too many things happening (party/leaving do/trip to Ireland)
 
You might want to retract that high 5... KFC chicken on the bone. Skin, coating n all. Bad move... Out of ketosis.

Ill learn one day!

I'm eating tomorrow pm. Out with same people as Friday, for a meal do I'm going to have to have something :( ill try to be good!
