Hi and welcome to the site, As you know the weight watchers diet is a great diet to be on as you can have any food you like as long as it is in your points. the tips I can give you is make plenty of zero points soup, it is great for when you are hungry and it will stop you filling up on to much bad foods, make sure you write everything you eat down in a diary as this helps you see what you eat and how many points you use up in a day. take it one day at a time, and allow yourself low fat crisps, and chocolate, as this diet is more like a lifestyle change then a diet and one you can stay on when you get to goal, good luck in your weight loss journey, and if you need anymore help give me a pm.
