Today so far for my breakfast i had a bowl of cheerios with a cup of tea.
For dinner i had a tuna, sweetcorn & cucumber sandwich, a go ahead bar and a bannana.
Is this okay? Anybody got any other low fat food ideas...
I dont really have time to cook so would be looking for ready made ideas etc or low fat snacks I Can bring to work with me incase i get peckish.
Any tips wud be appreciated as I really want to loose the weight
