:sign0144: and just wanted to say 'Hi'. I started the DukanDiet on Monday 28th January, and am hoping and praying that this is the diet for me! I have lost 1.6kg since Monday, today being the end of day 3 of 7 on the attack phase. So, as of this morning, I have 26.7 kilos to lose! I am British and live in the Philippines where you just cannot get 0% fat anything! I am making my own yogurt, cottage cheese and cream cheese using low fat UHT milk. I cannot find any Wheat Bran here but thankfully I have found the Oat Bran. History of my weight loss attempts: 10 years ago I did the Atkins diet, I did well on it as I lost 4 1/2 stone, but I never really managed to maintain the weightloss. I tried calorie counting (1200 cals/day) for years but was always hungry, with no energy. I have tried going back on Atkins, twice in the 10 years, and I really just couldn't do it (one word: constipation! Sorry to anyone who may be offended). Today has been really hard for me, I am getting really bored with plain old protein and had a few mishaps, I had 2 tbsp of peanut butter and ate some full fat yogurt (left overs from the last grocery shop, tonight I make the low fat yogurt!). I'm just hoping that these mishaps don't affect my weigh in tomorrow morning too much? Anyway, from tomorrow, onwards and upwards (or downwards I hope). Thanks for taking the time to read!
