Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and am on day 4 of the CD. I have got about 12 stone to lose but I'm really hoping that this is my year!

I have my own channel on YouTube in which I have a weight-loss log and I know that one or two of my subscribers use this forum and they recommended it to me.

I have been browsing for a couple of weeks and am looking forward to being a part of the community here.

My name is Jo and I have a 15 month old daughter, I'm married to Adrian and we live in Oxfordshire, UK.

I'm 32 and in January 2010 my little sister is getting married in South America so I want to look good for that as I will be seeing family and friends that I haven't seen for years.

I also have problems with my pelvis since having my daughter so I really need to get this weight off, especially if we want another baby in the future.

I look forward to 'meeting' you all!
