Attack Newbie - How does this look for a first day?

    Hi all,

    I have decided to take the plunge and join you.

    I went to holland and barret today and they only had oatbran with oat germ and were not expecting to get just oat bran back in for a few weeks. Demand it seems is outstripping supply. Will I be okay?

    My planned eating tomorrow is...

    B - 2 boiled eggs and a bowl of onken fat free yogurt.

    Lunch - grilled chicken marinaded in lime and chillies followed by a gallette with vanilla and cinnamon.

    Dinner - smoked salmon pate (made with smoked salmon fillets, quark, fat free cottage cheese, chillies and lime juice) followed by steak done on my skillet a splash of balsamic vinegar.

    Snacks - prawns, fat free yogurt (vanilla).

    Also wondered if it is okay to use vanilla extract?

    Hi there.

    The Onken yoghurt has sugar in it - natural with sweetener is best. A couple of drops of flavouring is fine but use one without oil & sugar.
