Newbie intro: One last time

Hello, I am determined to succeed. I am 32 and have been on a diet all my life. I am currently 188.7 but I aim to be 136 by next April. I am changing today to a healthy eating diet combined with exercise. I have been on every diet I can think of but i have came to realise that it is my whole lifestyle that has to change and not another fad diet. I can't go another 32 years on a diet I need to enjoy the rest of my life happier slimmer and healthier so I start my lifestyle change today. I hope to finally make it to the finish line and also hopefully help to encourage others to their goal weight on the way.

Hi Bonster, I am the same as you and have finally decided to just keep track through my fitness pal and focus on eating healthily and getting exercise in. Have you got a special event in April? I am new here too x
