I have been looking through this forum since I started Slimming World last week and think it's a wonderful site, and in fact more helpful and friendly than the actual Slimming World site
Anyway, as I said I started last week but didn't stick to it 100% as I had a naughty weekend but managed to lose 1lb. This week I have been really good (I think) so hopefully will do better!
Here is my food diary for this week from Monday to today and I will update from there. I tend to work early morning shifts i.e 6-2 so find it a bit of a struggle with meal times when I'm at work as I can't eat a full breakfast at 5 in the morning so I have been trying to have some fruit before I go to work and then have some cereal on my break. This also means that I can't have my lunch till about 2.30-3pm and so my dinner time then gets pushed back to about 8ish which I don't really like as I'm then going to bed on a full stomach! Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks x
Monday: EXTRA EASY
Breakfast: (left my breakfast t home when I went to work and had to have toast instead of the planned cereal and fruit grrr)
2 Slices Wholemeal Toast 800g loaf (4.5 SINS) ( 1 x Healthy Choice B)

Twix (14 SINS)(demon vending machine at work!!)

2 x slices Wholemeal Toast 400g loaf toasted with 42g Low Fat Cheese and splash of Worcs Sauce (Healthy extras A and B)

Savoury Rice
Apple
Tea:
Chicken Curry (with onion, peppers, tomatoes, mushy peas)
Egg Fried Rice ( 3.5 SINS PER POUCH (shared between 2) = 1.5 SINS)
Mars ice cream (7 SINS)
TOTAL SINS = 8.5
Wednesday: EXTRA EASY

Snack Work:
Shreddies (Healthy Extra B) 28g
Semi Skimmed Milk 200ml (Healthy Extra A- use rest for cups of tea)

Pasta in Sauce- Tomato and Herb made with water

Tea:
Spaghetti Bolognese-
Quorn Mince
Tomato Puree (1 SIN)
Mars Ice Cream (7 SINS)
Cup of Tea with 2 x Sugars (3 SINS) brother made and forgot to use sweetener!
TOTAL SINS = 11
Thursday: EXTRA EASY

2 x 400g Wholemeal Toast (Healthy Extra B)
