Newbie - Kind of

I joined the forum with great intentions and dont think I made it back more than a few times.

I have been up and down with "on and off plan" not sticking to it and getting annoyed with myself.

I have every diet known to man but have decided to re-try Atkins as the low carb diet always made me feel more healthy, more energy etc...

Having read the book again I hadn't realised the 4 stages which make more sense to me now and make me feel like there is a way to maintain in the future.

So sorry its a bit long winded to say Hello again.

I am going to do my very best to get here as much as I can.

Starting Tuesday as need to "prepare my kitchen" and my head!!
