Hi Everyone 
I just joined SW last night so have joined this board for some motivation and to learn some hints/tips/recipes etc. I'd like to lose around 1.5 stones to go from 11st 8 to 10st. I have a holiday in 12 weeks so hopefully this will be enough time to see this kind of weightloss. My weight has fluctuated between 8st12 and 13st over the last 10 years and I was most happy at my thinnest though was probably a bit too thin so am settling on 10st as my target. The Slimming World consultant recommended that I start on Extra Easy for first few weeks but i'm a bit concerned that you can eat as much pasta,rice, meat etc as you like. My diet wasnt bad before though probably drank too much and went overboard on the carbs, so i'm still worried that i will put weight on on this diet!! I have put todays food diary below and any comments or advice would be great:
Slimming World Day 1
Omelette made with 2 eggs, 15g cheese (HEXA), tomatoes and spray oil
Orange
Sandwich made with 2 slices weight watchers malted danish bread, tuna, 1 tbsp salad cream light (2 sins),
Melon
Fresh pineapple
Steak with fat trimmed
Roasted Veg in frylight - turnip, carrots, onions, 2 small potatoes and tomatoes
Peppercorn sauce made with water - 1.5 sins
Small handful crisp-like things - calculated at 3 sins
And will have 15g M & Ms later - 3.5 sins
i also have a couple of cups of tea a day with a splash of skimmed milk but since I had only 15g cheese im just counting it as part of HEXA
