Newbie Looking for Support!

    Hello Everyone!

    My name is Aimee and I'm a Student at Reading University.

    At my heaviest I weighed 16 stone 7lbs, I managed to lose 21 lbs and I'm looking for a bit of support to reach my goal of 135 lbs.

    I'm starting a diary and looking to lose as much as possible over the next 100 days, so I'll be slimmer in time for returning to uni.

    I'm currently using the Ki Fit calorie managment system, I've not noticed many users on this forum so I'll be pleased to answern any questions!

    Hiya Eeyore (love your user name), I have not heard of that diet but I'm sure others on here will have, you've joined a great site if it's support and motivation your looking for. Have a look around and jump in and start talking to people, you will find a group you fit with and will have all the help and support from everyone here.

    Good luck and remember to post pictures of you when you return to Uni so we can see how fabulous you look!!
