Newbie....made it through my first day!

Hi Lizzie,

I felt exactly the same during my first few days, so don't be too concerned. I would suggest trying to keep busy, possibly have a sort through your wardrobe and find clothes that you may not be able to get into (but will be able to very soon!) Also, look through old photo's of yourself and keep them with you as motivation.
I would also try to take just a sip of water every 15mins, as this will keep you hydrated and also help with going to the loo. I had lots of early nights during my first week as I was really tired & hungry. Good luck for your first weigh-in, trust me it will all be very worthwhile!
