Newbie on cambridge

Hi im new to all this but decided i could use some back up and find these posts fab !!
Im currently on day 13 on this plan and love it !! So much choice
after previously being at target on the lipotrim !! I had a baby in jan and a few holidays iv totally fell off the wagon with a target of 4st now to loose or as much as before my next holidays in sept

Target weight 10st bmi 22.5

Starting weight 14.2 bmi 31 obese
Week 1 -15lb = 13.0
Week 2 weigh in tomoz ( was 12.6 on sat so optimistic)

Wow 15lb loss in one week! Well done you, good luck on this weeks weigh in!

I lost 5lb this week so thats 20lb in 2weeks im exstatic and iv dropped a dress size already
