Newbie on Exante!

Hi all, read lots of forums and decided this is the one for me. Ordered my packs tonight so should get them on Thursday. I'll be starting after the bank holiday and would like support. Tried CD before lost 2 stone but put 1.5 back on! This is last attempt as going to Mexico next September to get married so need to look good! And want to feel better generally! Size 16/18 and need to get to 12. Any advice? X
