Welcome !! first off all i am going to tell you off!!!!!!!

You are not to say the the words "ONLY LOST" these words don't exsist anymore for you.

A loss is a loss and if it was 1/2lb or even STS it is POSITIVE for you and you must celebrate this.

Dont be disheartened... our bodies adjust to SW in different ways and you will find if you keep sticking to it those pounds and inches dropping off. Imagine of you kept 1.5lbs every week that 1/2 stone every month...

If you getting confused with the diet speak to your leader but these forums are invaluable to me in keeping me motivated and informed.

well done for starting SW, it takes a little while to get confident with the plan, make sure you write everything down and have 10-15 syns each day. 1.5 lbs is the start of lots more weight lost. Stick with it and good luck:)

Welcome to Minimins and well done on your first week loss! As the others have said, your body has to get used to the plan first, so you will find that next weeks weight loss will be a good one.
Just make sure that you write anything down.
