Newbie (or returnee???)

#22
Hi everyone, I am new to minimins so bear with me please. I am currently on week 3 of Cambridge diet. I done ss for 2 weeks and stepped up to step 2 this last week. My issue is my weight losses have not been great. I lost 5lb my first week. 2 pound in my second, and now only 1 pound this week . I've stuck to plan 100%. Can anyone help or has this happened to anyone else. I joint the diet to loose quicker than an average diet but I'm loosing slower.

Hi guys, I have just joined CD this week, and not doing too well, would love to be able to buddy up and make this a little easier.
I did the same when I was unwell and I've taken 5 days off as I was travelling and on courses with work just tried to not go mad and make better choices knowing that I'll get straight back to plan when I can. No more feeling guilty for me it's not worth it. Xx

Water, water and more water! Seems to do the trick for me anyway...

Weigh in number 4 and 5lbs off this week! I'm now two stone lighter than I was on New Year's Day!! A weekend away this weekend so not as optimistic for next week but I'm pretty sure I can't put it all back on in 3 days!!!
How are the rest of you getting on?

Hi Emmabo
I wouldn't worry about your weekend away, have a think about it, why do we see food as fun.
Its a nice treat but nowhere near as good a treat as what you've just achieved for your future.
I think finding the fun in other things is part of our ability to change and I don think you will undo what you've done as your to happy with your result to give it away :)

Im doing ok thanks need to mix my foods up a bit more as i'm a habit eater and its so much easier but I will repeat the foods until i'm so board.
Had a wobbly week but no damage done just an emotional wobble that was corrected to night by a bit of socialising and a flert :)

Well done on the 5lb you are doing fantastic and I look forward to all the post in the future as you kick ass along your journey xx

Hi, My first ever minimins post!!

I have done CWP before and lost 5 stone - easily! It just fell off! Managed 100% all the way, over holidays, weddings and funerals!

After three years 1.5 stone has crept back on so back on it now to try to get back to my size 10's before they become size 16's again!

There is nothing like motivation from groups like this!

How are you all doing?

Anyone started in the New Year and still doing well? Xx
