Newbie please help.........

This week I have started SW, just getting my head around it.

If i'd rather stick to red day/ green day can i??
and how many Healthy extra's are i allowed? i have an old book and a new one, one says two A's and 2 B's and the other book says just one of each, am i missing something?!
advice pretty please.

thanks very much, i thought i put it in the wrong place - see im all over the show!
even getting confused on here!
EE seemed to confuse the hell outta me to be honest.
My prob seems to be that because i enjoy greendays, though not being a veggie, im eating maybe more than i should of pasta which i love, im eating lots of fruit, and having jacket potatoes, which i also love, but feeling very bloated now, anddare i say it CONSTIPATED!!
aaghh!!
