Newbie questions?!

Starting lipotrim tomorrow but I was just wondering...do people take their shakes in the morning then lunch and dinner or do you prefer to try and wait until the afternoon?
I never have breakfast anyways and think i'll try and leave it until the afternoon so if I get hungry later I can have another two. Or is it best to have it in the morning to kick start your metabolism.
Also do you find the more water you drink the more you lose? Or does that not affect anything?
Is everyone using fibreclear as well or is that not necessary?

Hi, with regards to the shakes - I have a strawberry shake about 10/1030, soup around 1430/1500 and I make a choc mouse about 1930/2000.
Try different times to see what suits you, I try to wait until I feel a bit hungry and they now fill me up!
You have to drink the water (I've learned!) that is recommended - 2 to 4 litres
I've also just ordered some fibreclear so I can't let you know if it works or not!

Getting thinner everyday!
I tend to have my first shake later on. I get up and have a pint of water and a coffee and then usually get around to having my first shake at 12ish depending on how hungry I am. If I'm not hungry I'll leave it longer. I tend not to have a set routine as I leave them until I feel hungry.

I just have one when I feel hungry and always make sure I have all 3, but during the first week, it might be an idea to structure your times a little bit because you might want to have them all at once ha!

A lot of people, including me, have had problems with constipation (even though I drink LOTS of water) and even if you don't go for fibre clear it might be an idea to get something similar just in case, I've just ordered some psyllium husks on ebay because I need some help in that department but see how you get on, everyone is different.

The best of luck to you, if you've got the right attitude and mental strength you can do this! Push through the first week, because it does get easier xx
