I've been reading this forum for quite a while and today is my first day on Atkins (well low carb!)
I have tried every diet in the world and cannot loose the 2 stone - I've been trying for years. I did do Atkins before but I for some reason then thought veg was bad and really only ate protein and cheese/eggs so got sick of it after a week! So now my fridge is full of green veg and I'm all set. I hope to be on here quite often and get to know all of you.
Today's menu is
B - 2 bacon, 2 fried eggs
L - ham slices, 1 egg, full fat mayo, lettuce, tomatoe, cheddar cheese
D - Grilled steak, mushroom and french beans with cream and tiny bit dijon mustard for sauce, broccoli and cauliflower (haven't had it yet - hope it tastes good!)
Any advice welcome.
Is it ok to eat stock cubes?
Do you drink all decaff tea and coffee?
Would it be ok to use tiny bit of skimmed milk in decaf tea and coffee. I bought soy milk today (afraid to try it!!)
