Newbie slimmer for christmas

Hi all so I joined slimming world today after switching from weight watchers as I felt hungry all the time on weight watchers

My starting weight is 11 stone I really want to get to 9 stone 7lb

My food so far today is

Healthy extras:

A:
B: 2slice whole meal bread 400g loaf

Breakfast/lunch:
Had brunch today as went to my meeting first 9am!! So when I got home I made

Poched egg,2slices of bacon fat removed,2 slices of toast (healthy extra) beans, mushrooms and tomatoes


Dose this sound ok?

Dinner will be

Jacket potato with beans and healthy extra cheese with a large side salad?


I'm liking the thought of all the food I can eat that is free and super free but could I over eat on this plan? :/!

I may need a bit of help with syns for the first few weeks if there's any lovely people out there willing to lead a hand :)! Xx
 
It's so so cold today!! I need comfort food!!!


Breakfast:

Poached egg
Bacon fat removed
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Toast (healthy extra)


I'm making a roast for dinner so load of super free :)!

Going to have pork fat removed
Roast potatoes (cooked in oxo)
Peas
Carrots
Corn
Cabbage
Broccoli
Spinach

And gravy but will syn that :)!


And I may have a few squares of galaxy after with my syns for a treat :)!

I done a work out DVD last night it was Josie gibbons 30seconds slim omg I'm aching so bad from it today!! Going to try and do it every other day to help tone me up a bit :)!,,xx
