Hi all,

Just joined SW on Monday, and was wondering does anybody know the syn value of a pkt of Quakers Snack-a-Jacks (caramel)
Cant find the info on the wensite anywhere?

Hi... I looked in all manufacturers, and clicked on S and looked for snack a jacks that way as they are not listed under Quaker, you will get used to how the syns online works here are the syns for the caramel ones Dan x
