Newbie! staying on track diary

joined slimming world last thursday! as aim to lose 2 and half stone by my wedding next april, and lose another 2stone after!
Today ive eaten
red day!

Breakfast: Cereal bar & grapes

Lunch: grapes & several slices ham

Diner: fish, peas HB and new potatoes HB
250ml semi skimmed milk

desert: banana

still very new to this and am going to work out food plans to follow each week, otherwise i get myself confused with what i can and cant eat

first weigh in this thursday:)
