Hello everyone, I'm starting the diet tomorrow - feel a bit apprehensive about it but glad I'm making a step towards much needed weightloss.
I saw saw my counsellor yesterday to get weighed and to pick up my packs, I have already had a porridge pack and will have a soup later for dinner. The reason I'm not starting properly today is a dear friend is in town and we have had a lunch date in the diary for ages so it will be a mid-day version of the last supper, so am going to enjoy it!
