Extra Easy Newbie!!!!! Support and guidance needed!!

Hi guys,


I'm brand new to SW and Minimins so all help advice and ideas are so welcome

At 12 stone at the moment - heaviest and unhappiest I've ever been. Looking to get back to ten stones to be me again

So I'm following extra easy - is this wise?? Started yesterday and have been super good.

Thousands of questions to follow......

Looking for motivational minimin buddies xxx

Extra Easy is the best plan to start off with, lots of choice!

Welcome to Slimming World, you'll do great just as long as you follow the plan properly. Extra Easy is the best place to start unless you are vegetarian in which case green would be a better option

Hi Girls!! Thanks for your replies I'm just doing it myself and online. Can I ask what everyone knows about Pasta n Sauce? Am I right in thinking I can have them on extra easy but the milk would be my HEa and it would be 1 syn per pack?

also how many syns do everyone have a day?xxxxx

Hi there and welcome. Good luck with your weight loss. They recommend 10 syns a day

Hiya ! Yea ee is the best to start with I swapped to original days later on I find I loose more weight that way
Some pasta and sauce are free and some are 1 syn
I make mine just with water and add salt and pepper then its completely free ! depending on which one your having of course x

The carbonara one is nice that's only half a syn and the cheese leek and ham one is one of my favourites and that's 1 syn because I never use my heA on the milk because I need it for me cups of tea lol ! I think them two are 2 of the nicest x

I just put 400 ml of water in and put them in the microwave 9 minutes
