I signed up to body optimise yesterday - I find it hard to get to a class near me - they're all in the day and my husband works 300 miles away in the week, so I'd need to take all 4 children with me to an evening class - not ideal, plus the times don't work in well for them, anyway.
I'm 40 (eek!) with 4 children aged 12 to 15 months. I've done SW before (once) and WW (about 5 times) and usually lose a stone and then start messing around and give up. However, with my weight at 13st 6 and at 5' 2", I need to get myself in control. Plus I've been advised to lose some weight re some gynae issues post a hysterectomy at the beginning of this year.
My initial target is 12stone,, then 11 stone, then 10 stone. I'm not sure if that would still get me in the healthy range (I'll check at some point, but that's a way off yet!) but that would make me about a size 12 - something that I haven't been since I got married 15 years ago
I'm looking to use up stuff that I have at home already before I go buying more things, so you may see some odd choices - but we have things in the cupboards/ freezer that only I will eat, so they have to get used up at some point
