Newbie to simple start....help!

    Hiya everyone,
    I started simple start yesterday, but I feel like I'm eating far too much! I've stuck to what's on the list, I just find it hard as you can eat as much of these things as you want. I'm worried ill out weight on...has this ever happened to anyone?! :sigh:

    I've never did simple start but if the food is on the list then you should be fine. Dont stress - you probably feel you are eating too much because it is all fresh food and no rubbish so you are staying fuller longer too. If you're really worried, get in touch with your leader - thats what they are there for. Anything else, just ask. xx

    I've also just started with Simple Start, and I really don't like it to be honest! I'd rather have what I want to have and point it to be honest. I don't like this unlimited stuff, even if it is good for you - my portion control is one of the problems I have!
