Hi there. I added this app on my iphone but thought i would use it on my laptop too
I have recently re-joined SW for prob the 20th time. I gladly stayed the same since July 10 but need to lose a stone if possible. I did SW years ago after having my daughter and lost 3.5 stone which none has gone back on but now i want to lose more!! I have started Zumba and swimming once or twice a week and although i had a small gain this week (really gutted) my clothes feel loads better and i am hoping for a better loss next week. Good luck to everyone who is doing SW or any other diet and i look forward to reading your posts.
