Newbie to WW!

Good luck with weight watchers! I'm sure it will help that your husband is also following the plan - mind you I think W/W is the best plan to fit in with 'normal' eating.

The main things that help me are - keeping a diary on here; changing the proportions of pointed ingredients in my meals so that I bulk them out with veg; always having zero pointed homemade soups in the freezer and finally, planning my main meals for the week so that I have the ingredients and don't get tempted to have something 'naughty' which will take me over my points!
