Hey ladies/gents,
I'm a newbie to this kinda thing, hopefully it will provide me with the support i need just to shed the last 20lb i need to lose.
Im doing a calorie counting plan of only 1000 Cals a day and its going great. Dont feel hungry or irritable (yet)
Ive managed to lose weight before, but it all crept back on again through laziness and not watching what i'm eating. Now all the hard work starts again i suppose. Only myself to blame
