Hey ladies/gents,

I'm a newbie to this kinda thing, hopefully it will provide me with the support i need just to shed the last 20lb i need to lose.


Im doing a calorie counting plan of only 1000 Cals a day and its going great. Dont feel hungry or irritable (yet):D

Ive managed to lose weight before, but it all crept back on again through laziness and not watching what i'm eating. Now all the hard work starts again i suppose. Only myself to blame
