Hey all.

i am 30 years old and over the past year have gained alot of weight. decided it is time to change and have a goal of 38lbs to lose to get back to normality.

I plan to cut out junk, exercise more and eat more healthy. I have tried all sorts of fads over the years they never work so I reckon this the way to go.

Will start a diary in the right section.
