Hi I'm Tanya,

Just joined today I want to get down to 10st. So started 3 weeks ago and down 4lb so far. I was wondering does any one have suggestions on lunch ideas.

Well done on your weight loss so far :)

As for lunch ideas....
I have pitta bread with cheese triangles and cherry tomatoes in. You could have a pitta with ham/chicken/tuna/salad,anything you want really.

Jacket potato with beans/tuna/cottage cheese

There are some great quorn ready meals that are low in fat and cals,I love the cottage pie.

I guess it depends on if you are wanting something like a packed lunch or like a cooked meal.

Whatever you have you can always have fruit and yogurt too.
