I am doing the slimming world green days diet and love it am never hungry. I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks and am delighted.
I live in Spain. Have been here 28 years, married to Paul for 25 years and very happy.
Lookingforward to meeting others on the same diet for advice and chats.

Thank you for the welcome Irene. I am just finding my way around the site.

Your grandson is gorgeous . My baby grand daughter is looking forward to going to Cambridge this year. Where did all that time go !!!!

I got weighed again this morning and I have now lost the first stone !!!! I am thrilled, it gives one the incentive to carry on.
