Lol thanks Angie. I dont even remember posting this it was so long ago. I only lasted 2 days then though and ended up on Atkins before moving over to Exante. What are the chances Ill get to target by May to have lost 150lbs in a year? Im thinking its not likely but I plan on getting as close as I possibly can.

150lbs in a year! *WOW* :D

I love the fact that this even stops that being a dream, and could really be reality with this plan! Get the job done quick, get on with living! :D

That's what I'm hoping anyway. Its not overly likely but I do feel as though my life has been on hold to a certain extent since I started dieting so it will be great to finally get to goal and get on with things.
