Hi all, Im new and lve this site so far. i joined sw 3 weeks ago, 3rd wi tonight. lost 3 pounds so far.
Im just a bit worried. I did ww before and i was always hungry so having all this free food is wonderful but..im concerned im eating too much. I have mountains of pasta. Last night I had two plates full. Is this normal. Be honest.Should there be some portion control. xxxx:)

I made a ham pasta salad a few weeks ago and i made too much and ate rest for supper - it didnt affect my weight loss at all just ad rather good bowel movements lol its all free so u can eat it unlimited

As long as you are not eating until you are stuffed then you are fine. I often have seconds of pasta or anything else, if I'm not full up.

There's no portion control on free foods apart from the fullness in your stomach.

I don't think I could eat that much pasta but I think as long as you are hungry eat as much pasta as you like as it is free. Just try to be aware of when you start to feel full and make sure you stop. I usually try and have a bit of veg on the side as well :)

thanks all. ive been having veg but might try and have a bit more. prob need to learn when im full too, hopefully that will come.xx
