Hi everyone
lookin for some advice.. im a bit of a yo yo dieter, over the past couple of years iv went between ww and sw, losing between7 and 14 pounds, never seemed to lose anymore as I got so bored with it to be honest.. a lot of people have recommened calorie counting and this sounds good to me as I presume u can eat anything as long as it is within your calories? I am at the min 23 yrs, 5”5 and weigh 13 st 2lb and am a uk size 14.. my main area is my belly, I roughly would like to lose around 1 and half to 2 stone, would like to be in a size 12 again.. could anyone tell me roughly how many calories I should have?and also (silly question) but does the likes of lettuce, peppers mushrooms etc have calories?just wonderin how I cud count them without any packaging lol.. any advice would be much appreciated
