Ahaha, just noticed there was a topic with exactly the same name so I changed it. :p

Hi I'm Amerie and I'm starting cambridge sole source plan tomorrow.
I'm really looking forward to starting it, also feeling a teeny bit nervous because I've heard it's really difficult the first days!
Do you all have any tips for a newbie like me? :)

I'm only on day 2 but I think the trick is to keep busy and make sure u drink enough water

I am restarting tomorrow. My appointment is at 10 so I will have my first shake at about 11.

It seems as important to drink the water as it is to have the shakes! Can be a bit inconvenient at first but it does get better LOL.

How much do you want to lose?
