Hi all,

I started WW last weds, was mortified when i stepped on the scales...!!

1st week has been going ok, i used to do the old points on WW so trying to get my head round the new PP.

Hope to be able to come on here on Weds and say i've lost some lbs!!

hope it goes ok! I'm doing ww on my own with the old points but wondering whether to rejoin to get the pp info.Am a bit scared of changing over as i'm so used to the old system!

i was worried about the change over and even asked my leader if i could do old points and she said not really as this new points system is now based on protein, carbs, fibre and fat and not the calaries and sat fat...

You should take advantage of the free meeting+free registration vouchers, even if you decide not to follow pro points.
 
Just joined back to ww myself and starting the pro points hope this works looking forward to reading about everyones success :)
