Extra Easy newbie

hi all. just thought i would say hi. i started today. i want to loose about 1stone&half.
so far i've had a jacket potatoe with cottage cheese and morrisons sweet chilli chicken slices(half a pack) not sure if the chicken is syn? also had muller light apricot yog. gonna have an apple on my break at work later and then thinking batchelors low fat chicken noodles with chicken pieces in. can i have soya sauce or is that syn? thanks and good luck all x

Don't forget that if you're doing extra easy you have to include 1/3 superfree food with every meal.

That's really important. I've not done well this week and when I looked back through my food diary I realised that I'm not doing 1/3 superfree foods. It really does make a big difference.

altho its not set in stone if u read sw website they just encourage u to have it xx

The book actually instructs you to fill your plate with 1/3 superfree food at each meal as it is a really important part of the plan and the book reinforces that right the way through.
