I everyone I'm starting slim fast tomorrow, is there anywhere with it on offer? I'm unsure if I will make my shakes or use ready made ones, going to sit down tonight and work out my meals for the week and go get my fruit and veg for the week any tips?

I'm using Tesco's own - Ultra Slim

I can strongly recommend the tesco ultra slim shakes - although that is my opinion of course! They are thick, creamy and very tasty - that goes for the powder and the ready made shakes.

Reasonably priced in comparison to SF as well - powder tins are less than £4 and the ready made are 88p or 3 for £2 x
