Whilst I have been here before just browsing I'm now using the site more to interact with people both giving and receiving support!

Just thought I'd say hi and that I hope to come across some of my fellow SW followers on here

I had lost just over 3 stone but have gained over half of that back in the last few months so i've just got back into it again this week!
