    I have just started on the SW diet. Have lost 13lb in 3 weeks but don't feel that things have been so good this week so think it will be speedy soup for lunch all this week. Any other tips gratefully received. Hope to learn lots from you all and get support during the dificult weeks!!

    13lb in 3 weeks is amazing, I wish I had lost that much!

    I lost 5.5lb in my first week, but have maintained for the last two weeks :( So this week I'm also going to have lots of speed/superspeed in a hope for a good loss next week!


    Remember to drink lots of fluids too.
