Hi, Im Melissa. Im new here. Im trying to loose 10-20 lbs by the time winter is over. Just with healthy eating and exercise. Im not really doing a certain diet. Just my own version.:)

Hi and welcome. Your target is certainly doable. I have lost over a stone since September and like you i am not doing a specific diet. For me the important thing has been portion control, eating regularly and cutting right down on refined foods and sugar. The last one has been more important for me as i am pre-diabetic.
Good luck and i am sure you'll be looking great by spring. Think of all those nice clothes you'll be fitting into.
