Well ive finally started slim fast today after standing on the scales and feeling sick at what my weight was, really hoping it will work for me, had my shake for breakfast with 2 tangarines for snack just about to have my second shake now so fingers crossed i will keep the willpower i have now till i reach my goal. Im trying to just stick with drinking shakes and eating fresh fruit inbetween and a low cal tea as i dont want to be spending a lot of money on slimfast products other than the shakes as anyone else done it this way?. I have about 4st to loose so hoping to have that done within the next 4-6mths x
