Hi there. New to this forum, not to dieting! I am trying to follow the weight watchers pro points diet. I managed to loose 3.5 stone on it last time , but it crept back on.
My weaknesses are I like my food and can't resist temptation!!! I'm sure people are familiar with this! My main goal is to start exercising on a regular basis and enjoy it!
My partner is a bike rider and I have a bike- I just need to use it a little more often! Looking for some good aerobics classes and other ways to get fit ,yet something that is sociable too would make it more fun.
